About me

In 2008 I followed my passion and became a certified personal trainer. Since then I have become a certified mat pilates/TRX/ stretching and flexibility instructor, a group instructor for functional training, stretching and foam rolling and a licensed massage therapist. A combination of the above certifications allows me to improve my client's sports-specific performance, overall strength, weight loss goals, core strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and mental game.

To add further value to my training I teach my clients how to address their physical issues (e.g. back and hip pain, shoulder problems) with the right combination of a strength, foam rolling and stretch regimen. In addition, wellness coaching and nutritional guidance are the final elements to my successful training.
